If you are not completely satisfied with our web hosting services within the first 7 days of activating your account, simply submit a ticket from our Client Area requesting the 7-day money back guarantee. You will then be given a full refund for any hosting fees charged*.
Cancellations at any other time are subject to the minimum contract term agreed to, ending at the anniversary date for your subscription.
Please note: If service is terminated past the initial 7-day period, regardless of the length of contract, Cebu Web Solutions will not refund the remaining fees.
Any customer whose account has been suspended or terminated due to the breach of any part of the Cebu Web Solutions' Terms of Service (TOS) including but not limited to the Payment of Fees and the Violation of the Acceptable Use policy automatically forfeits eligibility for the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Any customer who has received a refund in the past, or has been a customer in the past 30 days is not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
*This refund applies only to shared web hosting packages, email hosting packages and cloud hosting packages. This refund does not include any additional services provisioned by the customer including but not limited to domain name registration fees, Secure Socket Layer or SSL.
